She guided us through every step, from setting up a calendar to the final walk-through. Sabine calmed our nerves when we felt unsure, and she found us the best buyer at the best price. At one point, our initial buyer canceled their contract, but that same day, Sabine contacted others who had looked at the house to see if they were still interested. Sabine helped us find our house at a time when there was not a lot on the market, and our preferences were pretty specific. She did a lot of legwork, research, etc., and spent a ton of time listening to us and what we were looking for. She is incredibly responsive and on top of all communication, and she walked us through the whole process in a way that took off a lot of pressure. Her warmth and kindness made it a lot more fun and pleasant than we had expected!
