We truly didn’t know the first thing about buying a house, and she walked us through the entire process, so we knew what to expect every step of the way. When we were touring homes, she helped point out tons of things we would never have known to notice or ask about, which was incredibly helpful. During the inspection period, her local contacts came in handy again as we needed subcontractors to come out, and she went above and beyond to help coordinate them for us for a fast turnaround closing. Now that we’ve purchased the house and are doing some minor updates, we’re still using her contacts. Cannot recommend Sabine enough.
